As 2025 draws to a close, we're reflecting on the incredible community that makes Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey a powerful force for good. Thanks to your support, we are on track to serve over 1,900 children and teens this year, each building a brighter future with the guidance of a caring mentor.
But the need for mentorship has never been greater. Too many young people are still waiting for that consistent, positive role model - someone to listen, to encourage, and to remind them of their potential. Research shows what we see every day: youth with mentors are more likely to graduate, make healthy decisions and pursue careers that reflect their dreams and passions.
Your year-end gift makes these moments possible. It fuels our one-to-one mentoring programs, connects youth to caring adults and ensure that every child who needs us can have the same opportunity to thrive. In fact, every dollar invested in BBBS pays for itself within seven years, while changing a young person's life.
