When I was growing up, my family went through a lot of hardships, but I was lucky enough to have volleyball to keep me on a positive path to the future I wanted. I also was blessed with a supportive and loving family, that despite our hardships, did everything in their power to make sure they provided the best life possible for my brothers and I. What is a better way to celebrate the sport that kept me doing the right thing and to help raise money for a program that is doing the same for other children in need?!
